The MedWise Personal Medication Manager takes the form of a handy-sized card that has a pocket of medication for a certain day and time of day. The client simply pushes out all the medication and takes with water. It ensures the correct medication and dosage is taken on time. It allows family members or caregivers to monitor proper medication use and reduces medication errors, including possible drug interactions since a professional filled it.
